Just a general PSA, if you blame Lily for Snape becoming a death eater, you are both a piece of shit AND sexist. It is NOT a womens job to fix men. It is NOT a womens responsibility to make sure a man is on the right path. Lily had zero responsibility to keep Snape in check, more so when he called her a slur. Everyone is responsible for their choices and it is pathetic to see people blaming not only Lily, but the marauders for Snape becoming a death eater. They owed him nothing. Snape deserved nothing. He made his choices and the snapedom needs to stop painting him as a victim.
